Our training

Through evidence-informed content, real-life scenarios and interactive learning, this workshop builds practical skills for managing challenging interactions. Participants develop a deeper understanding of the causes of distress, emotional outbursts and aggressive behaviour, and learn how individual factors influence responses under stress – equipping them to respond calmly, de-escalate situations and communicate effectively.

What will you learn?

Attendees will also learn how to communicate effectively and compassionately during difficult conversations, apply de-escalation techniques to reduce conflict and tension, and set and maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries. Additionally, participants will develop and implement a self-care plan to support their wellbeing in high-stress environments.
