Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney Ltd (Lifeline H2HS) is an independent Lifeline centre within Lifeline Australia’s network. Lifeline H2HS provides a suite of crisis support and suicide prevention services, including Lifeline’s national 24/7 telephone crisis line 13 11 14, counselling services and community support programs. Lifeline H2HS is required by law to be accountable to its members and provide members with an opportunity to raise questions about the governance of the company. We value the opinions and input from our members to ensure that Lifeline H2HS always strives towards its vision of an Australia free from suicide.
Your contribution to the company is appreciated and membership gives you a voice in the future of the company.
We invite you to become a member of Lifeline H2HS.
Membership attracts a yearly fee of $10 and as a member you will have the right to:
- attend the AGM;
- vote on the resolutions of the board at the AGM;
- participate in the strategic direction of LLH2HS;
- accept or decline the annual financial report and auditors report, with an opportunity to comment on or ask questions regarding these reports;
- have oversight of the board’s activities; and
- vote to accept or decline the board president’s report, with an opportunity to comment on or ask questions regarding the report.
We note that as a member, your liability for Lifeline H2HS is limited to $10 in the event that Lifeline H2HS is wound up.
